The demand for home delivery of ready meals is growing. At Lina Food Lab we prepare them in single portions using fresh and genuine ingredients, as much as possible local, packaged in a modified atmosphere without the use of preservatives or dyes.

At Mimì you can taste the typical dishes of our land. Simple and tasty dishes, prepared following traditional recipes. But also the salami and the many cheeses of the Orobic valleys, honey and local wines, such as the yellow muscat from Bergamo.

We are always there, from the late morning until dinner time. And with the summer we also open our historic courtyard where you breathe an unmistakable air of the 50s.

Mimì is also our shop of taste, a house of flavors created to taste at home all our specialties and the many culinary excellence of Bergamo.

In the kitchen we share the same principles that guide our historic restaurant: a great attention to local products, seasonality and sustainability. Light, simple and tasty dishes, cooked with a touch of creativity. And then there’s our pizza, made with a very slow dough.

The restaurant is located in the “Casazza”, a building of 1357 once home to the Venetian postal service. In these  environments rich of history you can breathe our passion for a simple and authentic cuisine, respectful of the rhythms of the seasons and nature. A thought that is reflected in every dish and that at the same time also knows how to look ahead, towards a continuous search.

The interior dining rooms are treated in every detail, the fourteenth-century outdoor courtyard and the terrace overlooking the court of Sant’Agata.

Ours is a restaurant of the Slow Food alliance, for this reason most of the ingredients used in the kitchen – flour, butter, eggs, honey, meats, meats, cheeses, milk, vegetables, fruit – come from local and organic production.
