Lina Food Lab, founded in 2017, represents the evolution of more than 60 years of experience of our family in catering, born to respond to the need to innovate and develop new solutions for the Da Mimmo Group. This culinary workshop is a place where tradition, innovation and quality come together, guaranteeing the highest gastronomic excellence and impeccable microbiological safety.

Initially conceived as a ghost kitchen to support the Group’s restaurants, Lina Food Lab has quickly expanded its mission, offering ready meals and high-quality food products to offices, restaurants and bars. With the growing demand for home deliveries, we are committed to preparing single-portion packages using fresh, genuine and as local as possible ingredients, packaged in modified atmosphere without the addition of preservatives or dyes.

Our research continues, combined with the wise use of the most advanced technologies, allows us to offer consulting services, training and outsourcing, always with the awareness of elevating every aspect of our production.
