We are immersed in the green of the Golf Club Ai Colli in Bergamo, a few steps from the city. Yet, we are always Mimmo, in a very different context from Città Alta but equally unique.

In the kitchen we share the same principles that guide our historic restaurant: a great attention to local products, seasonality and sustainability. Light, simple and tasty dishes cooked with a little creativity. And then there is our pizza, prepared with a very slow rising dough.
